SS Infotech provides cutting plotter repair, sales, spare parts supply, and maintenance services. Product availability, pricing, and service timelines are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes provided via phone or WhatsApp are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
III. Service Warranty
All repair services come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers the specific fault repaired and does not extend to new or unrelated faults. Warranty claims require the original service receipt and are subject to inspection by our technicians.
IV. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of repair services and before collection or delivery. For new product purchases, full payment is required before dispatch. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and cash payments at our offices.
V. Liability Limitation
SS Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for data loss on devices left for repair.
VI. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of SS Infotech or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
VII. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
